Hrvatski Samokres (Kroatische Pistole)
Eingeführt in Kroatien

Title: HS 95 9 mm self-loading pistol (Croatia) Section: PISTOLS Appearing in: Jane's Infantry Weapons Publication date: Apr 11, 2007
Development The design of the HS 95 9 mm pistol (HS - Hrvatski Samokres - "Croatian pistol") would, at first sight, appear to owe much to that of the Swiss SIG-Sauer P226 9 mm and perhaps to some other pistols as well. The design is straightforward, uses the Browning locking system and includes the de-cocking lever safeties that many modern pistols incorporate. Both single-action and double-action operation is possible. There is an automatic firing-pin safety, and the pistol can be handled and operated by right-handed and left-handed firers. No tools are required for field stripping. |
